Jay’na, a beautiful petite powerhouse who is ever evolving in the Master’s hands. She’s a double-certified NASM and AFAA Personal Trainer that believes a healthy body first starts with a healthy spirit which leads to a healthy mind. She is a product of her own training system and will share how to get the victory over things like disease, depression and diet.
She is dedicated to the amplification of health, wellness and fitness by & for career professionals who've let the success of their careers cause their health & wellness to take a back seat in life. Her greatest desire as a fitness authority is to empower people to become the most wholesome version of themselves.
Jay’na’s philosophy on fitness is based on 1 Corinthians 9:27: “I beat my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.”
Chisels and Curves is not a gym, it’s a community. Besides, people that are willing to make living the fit life a lifelong commitment are a rare breed, so we’ve got to stick together! Occasionally we’ll break away from the hard core training to enjoy a stretching session, a recovery session, or a myofascial release session. Whether you’re here for a month, a year, or a decade.
